We are looking for a proactive and determined person who wants to join ROCKET DIGITAL's Business Development Team as a Senior Digital Business Consultant. 


You will lead the business relationship with Existing Business in the Spanish market. You will work daily with the COO, the consulting team and Business Units Directors to maximize the satisfaction & flow of our existing customers. In addition, you will be responsible for New Business in the Madrid office, converting leads generated by the marketing team into new customers.


You will work closely with Top Management & Founders. You will join a leading and growing independent company, solving product and digital marketing challenges for some of the world's best brands.

As a Senior Digital Business Consultant at ROCKET DIGITAL, you will:

  • Develop in-depth understanding of client needs and establish a cohesive, trusting relationship ensuring satisfaction. 
  • Analyze and prioritize project needs; set the objectives of the project together with the team of specialists.
  • Coordinate the execution and correct implementation of the project; collect and unify the data to report. 
  • Launch new products and increase the budget of existing customers.
  • Advise the client on market trends and events of interest.

Requisitos

We're definitely looking for you, if you:

  • Digital marketing savvy with first level of technical knowledge in some digital marketing disciplines (Paid Media, Owned Media, Earned Media), customer acquisition - managing performance marketing channels (e.g. Search, Programmatic, Social, Affiliate, Email, conversion rate optimization) and/or CLM (e.g., managing customer data, segmentation, and driving personalization of owned channels).
  • Prior experience in management consulting preferred
  • You possess analytical skills, especially those related to business planning.
  • You are proactive and determined.
  • Data-driven thinker and problem solver.
  • You want to be a part of a growing and versatile company, where the role can change and adaptation is key.
  • Have a minimum of two years in a client facing role.
  • Have excellent analytical and communicative skills: we are looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers. The analysis of metrics will form part of your daily routine.
  • Are a team player, proactive and curious.
  • Are ready to learn, improve and grow on a daily basis.
  • Have managed large volumes of ad investment either as an advertiser or as an agency will be valued.
  • Have advanced knowledge of Excel and Data Studio (dynamic tables, formulation & basic macros/ visual will be highly valued skills)
  • Experience in retail is a plus.
  • Languages: fluently spoken and written Spanish and English. A third language will be valued: Italian is a plus.
